- Direct integration to AREL Optimised cutting ensures optimum fabric yield,cut roll length and minimum allowable faults per roll
- Suitable for Greige or finished fabric
- Multiple,user defined,fault types - spot or continuous
- Includes in-built rule engine for general or specific,userdefined,fabric grading rules for inspection or optimised cutting
- Continuous display fabric map-on table or on spervisor screen
- Optional 'cameracaptue' for visual record of fabric faults
- In-built reporting for detailed fabric fault analysis

and running faults identified with 'mouse over' feature displaying fault details

OPTIMISED CUTTING
Customer based rules determine the best cut to achieve maxium fabric value and "A grade yield.
Optimisation algorithm calcultes the cut lengths and produces cut lists.
